If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact us via email in advance and return the item within 7 days of its arrival. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for the following products: 

• Products that are stained or scratched due to customer responsibility.
• Products that have been used (opened).

We will bear the cost of return and exchange shipping due to product defects.

All fees related to return goods shall be borne by the customer due to customer's personal reasons, such as errors in placing order and dissatisfaction.
